As many of you know, I have been on the Charlotte Wine and Food board since the beginning of time. We have enjoyed so many memorable wine dinners while providing for children’s charities in our region.
Today we are highlighting a dinner in April of 2019. We were honored to have guest pastry chef Ashley Boyd, and wines from Paul Jaboulet.
First Course
Egg Linguine, St. Germaine Clams and Bacon Lardons 2014 PAUL JABOULET AÎNÉ CROZES-HERMITAGE ‘DOMAINE MULE BLANCHE’
Second Course
Provencal-Braised Octopus, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Castelvetrano Olive Pesto 2018 PAUL JABOULET AÎNÉ PARALLÈLE 45 ROSÉ 2016 PAUL JABOULET AÎNÉ PARALLÈLE 45 ROUGE
Fourth Course
Moroccan-Crusted Bison over Braised Gigante Beans, Caramelized Brussel Leaves and Reduction Sauce 2015 PAUL JABOULET AÎNÉ LES JALETS ROUGE 2016 PAUL JABOULET AÎNÉ ‘DOMAINE DE THALABERT’
And for dessert . . . One of the most unexpected and delicious pairings we have ever done. Brioche pudding with seared Foie Gras. 2016 PAUL JABOULET AÎNÉ HERMITAGE ‘LA CHAPELLE’. (Side note – the Fire Department didn’t come but the fire alarms did – note to self do NOT sear that much foie gras inside a home kitchen).
Thanks to Ashley Boyd for thinking outside of the box with us. One for the books for sure. Collaboration is inspiring.

Interesting read! Seeing platforms like sz7778 link focus on data & RNG is smart for player trust. The tiered withdrawal limits (KYC) seem reasonable, and instant GCash deposits are a huge plus for PH players! 👍
Honestly, the site looks pretty polished, not overwhelming like some other casinos. I’m just checking out the vibe; it seems easy to navigate, even for a beginner. Thinking about trying a few spins using ph cash mobile first to get a feel for things. Need to see if the gameplay matches the hype.
Honestly, the analysis is solid, but remember the mobile aspect! For quick action, check out jiliko apk download. It’s great for on-the-go fun, much better than juggling multiple logins.

This speaks to the power of curated experiences-whether it’s pairing a complex dish with a vintage, or crafting a deep, responsive personality. The art of connection, whether human or simulated, relies on persistent memory and nuanced understanding. It’s fascinating how advanced models, like a sophisticated AI girlfriend, are built to mimic this depth. Bravo on the collaboration!
Dude, this guide is super helpful! Figuring out the live dealer vibe is key. Checking out NK77 game helped me see how smooth the process is, way better than I thought!
🤔 Beginners often overlook the core mechanics. The guide is helpful, but for a true deep dive, check out tk 11 app. Understanding the why behind the features is key to mastering any shooting game!

Interesting analysis! The focus on localized payment options, like GCash, is key for the Philippine market. Considering platform security-is ph90 legit regarding data protection & responsible gaming features? Great points about user experience too!
This event beautifully demonstrates how strategic partnerships elevate experiences – much like how curated gaming platforms create memorable moments. That foie gras and Hermitage pairing sounds inspired! Collaboration truly drives innovation across hospitality and entertainment sectors, including at ph987 app casino.
